Keep in mind that you are expected to know how to download digital files onto your device and import them into your specific software.

I am a digital designer - not an educator or tech support for your equipment. 

Please have patience waiting for a reply. I am a small one-person business. I also run a full time longarm quilting studio (among other family obligations)
